What is valuable to one person might not be valuable to another. as they say one persons garbage is another mans treasure. when speaking about specialty products not anything that is "labeled" a specialty product to everyone. For example a Roll Royce may not be a specialty product for a man that makes his life as a farmer but a extraordinary horse or animal may be specialty product for him. The same goes for the privileged man that can have a Roll Royce that is a specialty product in his eyes will see very little if any value from a animal. I think the key to that definition is a extraordinary item that motivate people to make unusual efforts to get it.

You know something is a specialty product when you see someone that is known and has or in this case will have power. Last night when President-elect Barack Obama and his wife Michelle Obama came out to make on stage to greet the thousand in attendance they were as many buzzed about how they were looking very fashionable. Barack looked sharp as can be in a dark navy suit, which was custom made by Hart Schaffner Marx and Michelle wore a red and black Narciso Rodriguez dress. They are top of the line designers and its not unsuall for the Presidents and their First Ladies to wear Specailty Products. Most First Ladies wear a Osca De La Renta which is a well known specailty desginer.






Something for the history books! Obama is the 1st black president of the United States!

Its funny how both candidates running for president are using the same phrase, "change". The strange thing is that people see different things when Obama uses the word then when McCain uses the word. Same word used and seen 2 different ways, another example of how people perceptions are different.

With the current recession and the holiday approaching companies like K Mart have began advertising about having a lay a way plan to make sure they still get the holiday profits. The commercial is about a husband and a wife talking about Christmas shopping and the husband says but we just took down Halloween decorations down. Then she tells him about the lay a way plan. I think this is very good advertising because it gives people that are having financial problems hope of having a Christmas.

I have noticed the extreme measures that advertisers are taking to advertise products. Not only do they advertise in the train but now they advertise outside of the train. not only is there a ad on the side of the bus stop but there is a scrolling ad on the bus stop. Before taxi and side of the bus was the only place you saw a ad on the road but now they have bikes and vans the are used for advertising purpose only. Every website you go to there is a ad playing on the top bottom left or right. Its becoming more of a clutter than anything.
