McDonald definitely has its trade dress, proven today by my little cousin. Earlier today a few of my family came over and the tv in the living room was on but it was on mute because we (my family) happen to speak really loud so its hard for us to hear each other over the noise of the TV. A McDonald commercial came on and my little three year old cousin starting screaming that she was "sooo hungry" and wanted McDonalds. McDonald is known for their red and yellow colors which are known to get people hungry. Wether it was the colors or the commercial or the oh so famous Happy Meals it got my little cousins attention and she would not stop nagging until she got her McDonalds.
